Shipment of your goods
Shipment is made the next day after receipt of payment and sent by the Russian Post with tracking the location of the parcel and delivery without requiring a signature. If you choose courier delivery, you will be charged an additional fee according to the rates of the carrier. Before selecting the method of delivery, please contact us. Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will be able to track the status of your order online.
The shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage.
- Self-carriage, the office in Moscow – for free.
- Courier service in Moscow – 400 RUB.
- Delivery to the regions of Russia by Russian Post – 500 RUB.
- Delivery to the Regions of the Russian Federation by courier service SDEK – 1000 RUB.
- World Wide Delivery by post service – 2000 RUB.
Product returns
You can return purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in perfect condition and not used.
Please inform us in advance about your intention to return or exchange the goods by phone or email.
The documents to be presented at return depend on the method of payment and delivery you choose.
Once the return is processed, you will receive the appropriate refund in the same way you used to purchase the item.
When you return or exchange a product of proper quality, you will receive a full refund. Shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is reported or sent out of the specified time period or if the item is not in the same condition as it was received by the customer.
